order process
1. Choose your gowns.
2. Fill out the order form completely which can be accessed via the button below.
4. Wait for a formal quotation to be sent to your given email address. If you haven't received a quotation within 2 days, please contact and inform us. 50% of total amount is required. Payment terms and computation will be included in the quotation.
5. Once downpayment has been settled, deposit slip must be sent to our email: hello@lovecmanila.com We will be replying for the confirmation and next step for the sizing guide and production lead time.
6. Your entourage can go to our store to take their measurements or they can follow our size guide.
7. Once you've completed all the measurements and double checked the details, kindly send the list in Excel or PDF file to our email.
8. Expect to receive a confirmation email. You will be notified once ordered items are done and ready for fitting, pick up or shipment.

We ship worldwide via DHL/ Back Office Boss. Shipping fee is dependent on the weight of the items to be purchased. Lead time for shipment is 1 week.
